The purpose of teaching mindfulness to our children is to give them skills to develop their awareness of their inner and outer experiences, to understand how emotions manifest in their bodies and to recognize when their attention has wandered and to provide tools for control. We want to create space for their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation to improve.

Most of us are facing challenges due to COVID-19 pandemic. We can feel frustrated, overwhelmed and pressurized due to many expectations in the new situation. It severely influences teacher's life, that's why we developed a supervision aid program for teachers in need. This program is offering free mental & practical support for teachers, parents, caregivers, child protection professionals in 2 times 60 minutes private supervision sessions.
